Limitations

Number of Item Updates at a Time​

Currently, the maximum number of items that can be updated at a time that will trigger a successful automation run is 10. If more than 10 items are updated at a time, some of the automation runs may fail.

This should be a temporary limitation and will be removed in the near future.

  • Text
  • Choice
  • Date
  • Multiple lines of text
  • Number
  • Yes/No
  • Currency

Unsupported SharePoint List Column Types​

  • Person
  • Lookup
  • Managed Metadata
  • Hyperlink
  • Image
  • Location
  • Rating
  • Calculated
  • Task Outcome
