The SharePoint app is available for the following monday features:

  • Board Automations - Create automations for your monday boards
  • Workflows - The new automation builder experience for enterprise accounts

Adding an Automation Recipe

To add an automation recipe, follow these steps:

  1. In a board, click on the "Integrate" button at the top right.

  1. Under the Templates tab, search for "SharePoint" in the search bar and click on the "Microsoft SharePoint" app.
  2. Select your desired automation recipe and click "Use template".

Workflows

If you account has access to monday workflows, you can also add SharePoint actions to your workflows. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. In a board, click on the workflow button at the top right.

  1. Click on the "Add workflow" button. Give your workflow a name and click the "Create Workflow" button.
  2. Select a trigger (e.g. "When item created").
  3. Click on the "+" button to add an action. Then select "Action".
  4. Search for "SharePoint" in the search bar and select the desired action.
  5. Configure the action settings and click "Create".
